Thank you for supporting independent art. Because all products sold on this website are digital downloads, refunds are handled differently than physical goods.

1. No Refunds After Download

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the artwork file has been downloaded or accessed.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
  • You were charged multiple times for the same purchase
  • You did not receive access to your purchased file due to a technical issue
  • The file is corrupted or unusable, and we are unable to provide a working replacement

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund (if eligible), please contact:

  • Order ID
  • Description of the issue
  • Screenshot (if applicable)

4. Resolution

If your request is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
